Construction Calculator / Project Finance Manager (m/f/d)
Location: Berlin
Your Responsibilities:
Commercial planning, management and control of internal projects in cooperation with the project managers
Ongoing project controlling and reporting to management
Review and verification of the invoices for our projects and tracking of orders and budgets
Coordination with internal and external contact persons regarding the legal, tax and commercial aspects of the projects
Preparation of target / actual analyses
Budgeting of the projects
Supervision of financing contracts
Your Profile:
Successfully completed commercial education (e. g. industrial clerk) and / or a university degree with a focus on real estate management (or related areas)
Professional experience in the area of Construction / real estate industry or similar
Profound knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Proficiency in spoken and written English and German
Affinity to construction themes also affinity with numbers and well developed organization skills
Structured and team-oriented way of working
