ABO Wind has been successfully developing and implementing renewable energy projects since 1996. We currently realise installations with a total annual investment of 500 million euros. Around 700 employees worldwide work with enthusiasm on site acquisition, planning, engineering, financing and the construction of wind and solar energy plants for a sustainable energy supply, and they provide operational management and maintenance.
To strengthen our project finance and sales team in Wiesbaden, Germany, we are seeking as soon as possible a
Head of Department (m/f/d)Finance and Sales – Spain
Your tasks
• You lead the employees of the Finance and Sales Department focusing on Spain, with colleagues in Wiesbaden and Valencia
• You are responsible for the financing and sale of renewable energy projects
• You supervise and contribute to the procurement of loans and equity for our renewable energy projects
• You support the business development of international subsidiaries and the project development from a commercial perspective
• You negotiate contracts with international investors and banks
• You establish partnerships
Your profile
• You have an academic degree in Economics / Business Administration
• You have several years of professional experience with international enterprises, project finance and development of renewable energy projects
• You have several years of professional experience with the negotiation of sales and purchase contracts of renewable energy projects, M&A
• You are business fluent in English and Spanish
• You have management experience, negotiating skills and a self-confident demeanour
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ambition to bring projects to a close
• You are willing to travel abroad
