Corporate & Group Controller (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibility:

  • As our Corporate & Group Controller (m/f/d) you are responsible on the one hand for the controlling of our holding company FUCHS PETROLUB SE and on the other hand you participate in the controlling of the FUCHS Group worldwide
  • In your responsibility for the controlling of the FUCHS PETROLUB SE, you prepare and analyze the monthly profit and loss statement as well as the cost center planning for forecast and budget
  • You lead projects to establish and improve the controlling instruments for the holding company
  • You further develop the cost management for services provided by the holding to the group and support the preparation of contracts with other FUCHS affiliates
  • In your supporting function to the Group controlling team, you participate in the preparation of financial reporting of the FUCHS Group with evaluations of monthly and quarterly data as well as forecasts and budgets
  • Together with the team, you further develop the controlling tools and financial KPI set of the FUCHS Group
  • You process ad-hoc requests and prepare evaluations for decision-making at group level


Qualifications we are looking for:

  • You have a master's degree in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable, preferably with a focus on controlling
  • You have already gained initial experience in the finance environment and have a basic understanding of accounting
  • You have an IT affinity, ideally you have some knowledge of ERP and SAP BW
  • You enjoy shaping your environment proactively and working out complex topics independently
  • You work conscientiously, are communicative and enjoy working in a team
  • You are fluent in English and German and have a certain international mobility
