RESPONSIBILITIES

We drive mobility. Our People Services department is responsible for the demand-oriented and legally secure provision of services for all business travel and international personnel transfers, transferring BASF Employees within the group companies in the field of Global Mobility.
- As Consultant Mobility Tax and Compliance you design and develop strategic and operational global compliance processes for transfers and travel.
- You provide independent, comprehensive and business oriented advice on all mobility compliance related topics.
- Moreover, you conceive and execute risk workshops as well as trainings on complex issues in the end-to-end process flows.
- The management of the global tax and compensation service provider as well as the joint value-added development of processes related to tax activities for international personnel transfers are also part of your responsibilities.
- You actively manage the mobility compliance processes with internal partners as well as external providers.
- In addition, you pay attention to the transfer governance frameworks about tax issues in transfers and set impulses for the further development of governance in the Corporate Centre HR.

QUALIFICATIONS

- degree in Finance preferably with a focus on tax law
- at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of global mobility compliance for international transfers and business trips as well as familiar with the tender processes
- advisory and presentation skills in German and English
- ability to present complex mobility compliance issues in a way that is appropriate for the target group
